    You can make before-tax or Roth contributions (or a combination of both) to the 401(k) plan up to the lesser of 50% of your eligible pay or the IRS limit. To help you save for retirement, Wells Fargo will match your contributions dollar for dollar up to 6% of your eligible pay on a quarterly basis, after 1 year of service. Additionally, Wells Fargo may – at its discretion – make a profit sharing contribution to your 401(k) account up to 4% of your annual eligible pay based on company performance.
